Hustle is energetic but smooth, and much lighter than it looks. Hustle is traditionally danced to disco music, but it can also be danced to some trance, electronica, and pop.
Start with the easier 4-count rhythm and introductory figures to get you dancing, then upgrade to the faster standard 3-count rhythm. Focus on connection and the underlying structure of the dance.
Build on the basics in the 3-count rhythm, and start adding more figures.
